Refund Policy

Return Window and Eligibility

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new PC! You have 14 days from delivery to return your system if it's not meeting your expectations. To be eligible for return, the PC must be in original condition with all components intact, original packaging, and accessories included. We totally get that sometimes a build might not be exactly what you envisioned - maybe the RGB isn't quite right or the performance isn't matching your gaming dreams. Custom configurations are still returnable within this window, though we'll need to assess any custom work that was done specifically for your setup.

Return Process and Inspection

Returning your PC is straightforward - just contact us via email to initiate the process, and we'll provide a prepaid return label and detailed packing instructions. Once we receive your returned system, we'll inspect it within 2-3 business days to ensure everything is in working order and complete. We're pretty thorough (it's the tech geek in us!), but fair - we check for any damage beyond normal handling and verify all components are present. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund immediately. If there are any issues, we'll contact you right away to discuss options.

Refund Processing and Exceptions

Once your return passes inspection, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed. Please note that custom shipping costs aren't refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping unless the PC arrived damaged or defective - in those cases, we cover everything! Software licenses and digital downloads can't be refunded once activated. If you received a faulty system, we're happy to offer a replacement instead of a refund if you prefer - sometimes a quick fix is better than starting over!
